Everyone does photography differently, and hence uses different accessories. My advice would be to skip most filters, with the exception of a possible skylight to protect the Zoom, or some sort of a hood for it. Decent filters (other than the bulky cokins with their inherent issues), especially for anything but your 50 mm, are going to be mad expensive. You could get a polarizer for the 50 mm, but that's unlikely to be a lens you really use for scenics, so I'd skip that too...
Instead, I recommend putting Thom Hogan's guide (http://www.bythom.com/d70guide.htm) on your wish list.
Other odds and ends: a good tripod. I like Bogen/Manfrotto, by virtue of their accessories being readily available. An external flash. Alas, the Nikon ones are going to be very expensive, though you may be able to find a compatible SunPak or similar. A nice blower; not a blower brush, but just a blower, to get rid of dust on the CCD. In general, though, I'd just use the camera to see what needs you discover.

And remember to post the pictures! ;-)
