The last time I went out I tried a Mai Tai for the first time, and absolutely loved the first one I had (the first bartender was better than the second, I think). But those Mai Tai had multiple kinds of liquor in them. Just looking, I think your version sounds better, but now I'm curious...do they usually only have rum, or is that a modification?
