A quick observation about the new "Battlestar Galactica"

It really is an awesome show. Too bad I missed a couple of episodes a third of the way through season one, and had to stop watching. -.-

I wonder if some or all of the creators lived through the original series amd had some sort of allergic reaction to the robotic dog?

It does make one wonder what remakes of other SF programs from the late sixties and the seventies might be like. I can think of a few Irwin Allen opuses I'd like to see given the "grim and dirty" treatment.

I feel the same way about Lost. Just replace "grim" with "bathsit insane and confusing."

Still love it, though.
