There's also ones in Emeryville and San Francisco, although I'd say the best tiki bar in the area is Forbidden Island in Alameda. The Vic's in PA is much closer, though. (About three miles from the office, although they save me from myself by not serving lunch.)
I think we're on the same wavelength. Just this morning I was Googling "tiki bars north valley still stuck in Chico," and daydreaming about a Bahooka's binge ("Gimme a grenade...and pull the pin."). Sorry I'm not closer...would have loved to go werewolf watching with you.
I'm sort of researching tiki-ish in the Ventura area, since I'm planning to go down there next weekend (ostensibly to visit the Channel Islands). I didn't get to Vic's tonight and instead made a zombie-ish drink at home.

(As it turned out I didn't go to Vic's tonight, I just made a version of a zombie at home. We could meet at TV's sometime, though.)
