Run... now! I had the same thing happen at Shore.net/PRIMUS and I ignored it.. Some of my more insightfull coworkers had good jobs lined up and quit just before the first wave of layoffs. I hoped for improvement... And ended up unemployed for 10 months. You may need to settle for a lower paying job at a stable company if things get too bad, but stability is a must. I'm sorta stuck as my resume is VERY weak, and I have no degree. I got LUCKY with this opening at Infogrames.
