University Chicken (formerly Cluck U.) has actual different flavors of their heat levels. I'm sometimes there on Thursday evening, when the usual gang of furries show up. Here's my observation on the flavors:
1) mild 2) traditional - this is the vinegary "buffalo wings" type sauce 3) atomic & 4) nuclear - these are more sort of sweet with heat. I usually get this level 5) traditional death - this is on the vinegary side again, with more heat. If you like hot, and the traditional vinegary flavor, then you might want to try this. 6) Thermonuclear & 7) Global Thermo -- I've never tried these, so I don't know how their heat level are.
911 sauce - I don't think I'd go NEAR the 911 challenge.
