Off north

Against all logic, I'm driving north for the day (and bringing a comforter and a change of clothes, just in case). So if you're looking for me in the next n hours and I'm not here, now you know why!

I thought this was a somewhat rhetorical question. :) Although when I have money I'm going to strongly consider a GPS system for the car--and if I don't get money soon, just a dashboard compass. As much as I like exploring, I do like knowing what direction I'm heading in.
