At Cordele, GA, and starting the non-interstate part of the trip--for a while, at least. US 80 will hit I-85 in Alabama later.

I'll be in "radio silence" for a while as I driver away from the GSM cell phone network.

I still appreciate it. :)

There are pockets of wireless connectivity along the route, it seems, as it intersects major cities and interstates. (They seem to keep interstate routes "lit," but not highway routes.)
